What to Expect

Our headshot sessions are simple, quick, and tailored to make you feel comfortable and confident. Each session lasts just 5–7 minutes per person. You’ll have the opportunity to preview your image immediately and select your favorite on the spot.

We’ll guide you through the process so you don’t need to worry about what to do — just show up, be yourself, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What to Wear

There’s no formal dress code, but we recommend business casual as a solid starting point. Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable and confident in.

Best Practices

Solid colors work best — think navy, charcoal, forest green, muted earth tones.
Avoid tight or complex patterns (such as narrow stripes or herringbone), which can cause visual distortions known as the Moire effect on camera.
Please avoid wearing solid orange, red, or white, as these colors can cause issues with lighting and color balance.
Check with your team if you’d like to coordinate styles (e.g., matching color palettes or tones for consistency).

Don’t stress about posing — our photographer will give you clear, simple direction.
Wear something that makes you feel like your best self — confidence comes through in the photo.

After Your Session

You’ll select your favorite image right after your session. We’ll do a professional edit and deliver the final image(s) in high resolution, suitable for digital and print use.
