Partner
Jordan is a designer, educator, and researcher passionate about the intersection of social innovation design, entrepreneurship, and project evaluation. He received his BA in art with an emphasis in graphic design from Goshen College and his Masters of Fine Arts in visual communication design from Kent State University. From there, he taught as a Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor at University of Notre Dame before becoming a Partner at LightBox .

With nearly two decades of experience in design, marketing and web development, Rafael Barahona continues his commitment to crafting custom solutions for each and every client. Rafael is an active member of his community, having served on the Mayor’s Arts Council, Goshen’s Latino Advisory Committee and currently serves on the board of the Goshen City of Commerce and MennoMedia, an international Anabaptist publishing company.

Abby brings a positive spirit, love of learning and passion for non-profit design. She holds a BA in graphic design and minor in art from Bluffton University. When Abby isn’t designing, she can usually be found upside-down handstanding, flying high on the aerial silks or caring for her dog, Patch.

Taylor Stansberry
Project Manager
Taylor is a video producer and project manager. She has over ten years of experience in video production, post production and production management, and has worked on commercials, documentaries, short films, and live multi-camera productions. She received her BA in Communication and Theater with a concentration in Broadcast and Film Studies from Goshen College. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, gardening, playing video games and podcasting.

Alex has fifteen years of experience as a software engineer working primarily with education technology. He gets excited about designing and building solutions to the problems faced by nonprofits and educators. Alex manages the custom website development and hosting needs for Lightbox’s clients, and also works behind the camera for many of our video projects.
